Iceland Foods Charitable Foundation Backs Cure Parkinson’s Raid Alpine Challenges

Iceland Foods Charitable Foundation proudly donates £10,000 to Cure Parkinson’s in relation to a mammoth Alpine Challenge which took place this month.

Simon Bland, Managing Director of Mason Owen and his good friend David Pollock joined forces with Cure Parkinsons’s CEO, Will Cook and Mike Tindall, MBE, a former English rugby union player on Cure Parkinson’s Raid Alpine.

The epic challenge departed last week from the shores of Lake Geneva and finished in Antibes, they traversed 770km and 19,104m of vertical ascent across 6 days – which is over two times the height of Mount Everest!
