Iceland donates to The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust on behalf of Jason Manford

Jason Manford took up the offer from Iceland to join the team after joking that he was ‘livid’ to be rejected for a job at Tesco. Jason took on the role as a delivery driver, delivering frozen food to Iceland customers with his wages being donated to his chosen charity, The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust.

The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust provide a variety of free programmes for terminally ill, disabled and disadvantaged children from all over the North West. The farm offers amazing facilities suitable for children of all ages and abilities and provides a wealth of activities designed to entertain and challenge children in a supportive environment.

As lockdown is now easing, the farm will now be able to provide around 200 families the opportunity to visit the farm who often struggle to take their children to busy places. The trips will give children and their families the physical and mental boost they need after what has been a difficult time.
